Professional Story

Doreen Woods joined the MassMutual team in April 2021 as the Agency Bookkeeper. With a background in Wealth Management and banking for 15 plus years, once hired, she took off running mastering the intricacies of the accounting system.  Her love of numbers, integrity and strong work ethic makes her the ideal person for this position. 

As the bookkeeper, she supports the agents with various bookkeeping and compensation questions, assists the GA with reports and spreadsheets and helps as a backup to the New Business Coordinator and front desk when needed. 

Since 2018, Doreen has become an Idaho transplant from California, where she was born and raised. She is mom to adult identical twin boys, two adult daughters and 2 four-legged kids. She is now a Noni to two grandsons and a granddaughter. Doreen enjoys reading, walking, traveling to visit grandkids and is set to publish her first book.
