Andrea Legarreta, Executive Assistant to Paul Hales, President, CEO and General Agent of MassMutual Idaho, provides the best support a leader could ask for. Whether Andrea is arranging Paul’s calendar, organizing travel plans, or tracking agency reports, Andrea’s organization and communication skills make sure Paul can lead with his best foot forward.
Andrea’s detail-oriented nature lends a hand to agency event planning and campaign tracking. Andrea works diligently and creatively to produce a variety of fun events for staff, advisors, and clients. Andrea also helps think of innovative ways to reinforce MassMutual Idaho’s branding, and brand recognition.
Andrea brings extensive experience to this role that has been developed over many years in the financial/insurance services industry. She is a graduate of Boise State University (BBA) and a huge Bronco fan. She spent 13 years raising her two beautiful daughters before returning to the office. In addition to raising her daughters, Andrea spent her time volunteering and actively pursuing philanthropic efforts throughout the valley; organizations include: Junior League of Boise, FUNDSY, WCA, BSU Alumni Association, Hidden Springs Elementary, Young Life, the Idaho Latino Scholarship Fund, and various church organizations.
Andrea is a native Idahoan and Treasure Valley resident for over 30 years. Andrea and her husband, call Boise home with their two daughters and their furry dog, Stevie. Andrea can be found on the side-lines at soccer or football games, cheering on her girls and her BSU Broncos, or out on the lake enjoying all Idaho has to offer.
